In a collaboration with PLATTE Architecture + Design and DesignBuildGC, NOLI maximized the natural light and open architecture of this European style loft while still ensuring privacy and seclusion. This expansive spa bathroom features large, floor-to-ceiling tiles, biophilic touches, and a stunning waterfall shower opened in the wet room. The separate toilet & powder room features the same richly-grained wood, ceramic top, and integrated sink with matching fixtures, connecting the two spaces seamlessly. The result? An oasis of serenity for the homeowner, filled with light and nature, that respects the open/closed design continuum of the loft.
